The People Behind Every Slab

Before founding USA Dream Stone, they owned and operated multiple construction businesses in Venezuela. In January 2013, their family was forced to move to the United States. They arrived, navigating a new language, a new culture, and the challenge of starting over completely. They didn’t hesitate. Degrees in International Commerce, years of business experience, and a work ethic that doesn’t quit – they put it all to work and built something worth being proud of.

Today, Hernán and Diana lead every aspect of the company: daily operations, sales, finance, team development, and long-term strategy. They’re not names on a website. They’re in it. That hands-on ownership is a big part of why USA Dream Stone runs the way it does: no subcontractors, clear timelines, and accountability from the first call to the final installation.

USA Dream Stone now employs over 50 team members and proudly supports Helping a Hero, an initiative that provides specially adapted homes for wounded U.S. veterans. Hernán and Diana are also active members of local and national industry associations, staying connected to the profession and to the community they’ve made home in North Carolina.
