Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Installation and Warranty Manager to oversee the installation processes and warranty services for our granite/quartz fabrication projects. This role involves coordinating installation teams, ensuring quality standards are met, managing warranty claims, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess extensive construction management experience, technical expertise in construction software, and a proactive approach to problem-solving to support our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise installation teams to ensure timely and accurate project completion while adhering to safety standards such as OSHA regulations.
- Oversee project scheduling using construction management software like Action Flow, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Manage warranty claims by assessing issues, coordinating repairs or replacements, and maintaining detailed documentation.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to address installation concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor quality control throughout the installation process by inspecting work against schematics, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Review plans, conduct site assessments, and verify technical compliance.
- Review contracts related to installation services and warranty agreements to ensure scope adherence and proper documentation.
- Supervise on-site safety practices by enforcing OSHA standards and conducting regular safety audits.
- Assist in budgeting for installation projects by tracking costs related to labor, materials, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, warranty claims, and quality inspections for future reference.
Qualifications & Experience
- Language Requirement: Must speak Spanish (Bilingual).
- Proven management experience in construction or installation supervision within the stone or similar industry.
- Extensive construction site experience with a strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating.
- Familiarity with construction management software.
- Knowledge of contracts management, project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control procedures.
- Hands-on experience with construction site safety protocols such as OSHA standards.
- Supervising experience overseeing teams involved in complex installation projects.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple stakeholders.
