Outback Steakhouse needed to modernize bar tops across multiple locations without shutting down operations for long. We’ve completed more than 50 bar top replacements for this client across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia, managing demolition, fabrication, and installation for each site while keeping the work consistent from one location to the next.
We chose Cambria quartz for the swap because it doesn’t need sealing, resists the stains and scratches a bar sees every night, and carries an NSF-51 food-safety certification, which matters for a working bar top. Completed and in-progress locations include:
